Juicy's Wellness Cafe

Juicy’s was founded after owner, Mary Beth Laxson, battled cancer twice before being turned on to a life changing plant-based lifestyle. A year into her new diet she was cancer-free and feeling better than ever. She started by taking her juice concoctions to cancer patients, free of charge. The juice delivery service soon turned into a family owned café and juice bar in McMinnville that opened in 2013. The café quickly became a local favorite and gained national recognition for creating mouth-watering southern vegan dishes, desserts, and juices in a hip and quaint atmosphere. Mary Beth Laxson and her Juicy’s crew are now on a mission to bring life-saving healthy diets and lifestyles to as many people as possible.
